Patrick Henley

Dr. Patrick Henley brings over two decades of strategic human resources leadership, organizational development, and risk management expertise to the firm. With a deep passion for helping organizations align people with purpose, Patrick is known for blending humor and heart with data-driven decision-making—earning him the nickname “Chief HR Nerd.”

Patrick has served as Chief Human Resources Officer at a large regional utility, where he led award-winning programs in leadership development, talent strategy, and workforce planning. He has also been recognized as a finalist for multiple HR Excellence Awards and nominated for CHRO of the Year. As an adjunct professor of business and HR at the college level for over a decade, he brings a unique educator's lens to his consulting work.

He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and is certified at the highest levels of the profession with both SPHR and SHRM-SCP credentials. Patrick is passionate about helping organizations build high-performance cultures through innovative HR strategy, leadership development, and practical problem-solving.
